  If I could give them 0 stars I would. They came to York after our June 2022 storms and told all of us that they would take car of everything including the communication with the insurance company. I just got a bill last week (May 2024) that was also sent to the insurance company. Today, they called threatening me with their attorney. BAC employees barely communicated with us after they took on the job. When I sent a text letting them know I was not happy, Chad called and yelled at me. That was September 26th, 2022 and I haven't seen or heard from them until the bill last week. The insurance policy was in my name and BAC told me how much I would be getting for all of the work to be done. They kept backing out of certain jobs that they were contracted to do so I had to use the 1st check to get other supplies and work done. There was still plenty for the roof plus more. In the almost 2 years that passed, I got a divorce and let my ex keep the house. That insurance policy was kept open for months after the divorce to make sure all claims could be submitted but now, 23 months later they want to threaten me. They abandoned the job, were very rude the entire time, and acted as if they had no interest in completing any of the work. There were many of us that this happened to in York. I hope there aren't any more victims of storms being even more victimized by this company!

  This is what BAC CLAIMES for window install.
  At BAC Roofing Inc. we specialize in window installation and replacement. Our window installation specialists deliver superior workmanship and unmatched customer service that you can count on for projects of any scale.
  THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT MY HOUSE.
  All that they had to replace was 1 window. They put the window sill in backwards. The cold air constantly blows into the room. They did not insulate the window, They did not stain the window or trim and told me that I had to do it. They put up the old trim that did not fit the window. The contractors disrespected my home by damaging the wall going down the stairs that I had to repaint. They left a mess for me to clean up.
  I am fighting to get them back to fix what they did wrong. They contacted me about coming back on a certain date. No call no show. Contacted them again but no response. They sent me a bill that I will not pay until this is corrected.

  I connected with BAC last year (2/22) to repair the awning at my store. Despite asking them back again and again, the awning still leaks as much as before. After 3 attempts from BAC, they stop responding to my emails and calls. When I emailed the owner in 2/23, (Brad A*****) he promised to lix the awning. Despite several emails from myself, I haven't received another communication from him.

  Very smooth when it comes to the sale but after that everything changes. They contract everything out and it gets very confusing. Anything that goes wrong they blame it in the contractor. If they complete your job or not there's a time before completion that they just disappear. Won't correspond in anyway after that. Why I referred them to 6 other people makes me sad. Hopefully if BAC has a opportunity to come to our community again I'll be able to keep that from happening. I've always stayed with locals before and they always made things right, never having to use the BBB. Should of trusted my instincts.
