      We bought a brand new 2022 camper from rich and sons on June 9 2023. There has been Mutiple issues with this camper. We have had to take it back to them multiple times to fix things that should be under warranty for one year. We took it back to them in November for them to winterize and fix a bunch more stuff that wasn't fixed
      right the first couple times and there are multiple new problems. They called me and left me a message the second week in December and said somethings weren't goin to be covered. I have left multiple messages to get ahold either left a voicemail or sent a message. No one will get back to me. For the money we paid for this camper and with it being brand new there shouldn't be these kind of issues let alone them not standing behind there sale. I am want them to give me my money back. When I said something to the service department when I dropped it off yet again to be worked on he said that's what you get for buying a keystone. I will never do business with this company again. And the fact that they are not holding up to the one year warranty and fixing things right I feel there is fraudulent activity going on. It is a three hour drive every time we have to take it to them. I am overwhelmed and don't know what else to do. I called again today January 26 2024 to find out what's going on with the camper and they hung up on me when they said they were goin to find the guy who is handling my camper. We have bought brand new campers in the previous years from other dealers and have never had one issue.
