    New owners bought the business the 1st of October. I waited to hear how they were going to adjust my membership fee, because I subscribed to one-on-one personal training and a small group training for the past eight months. My fee for this has been $*** every two weeks. My trainer resigned due to the new ownership. He informed me that the small group training was being discontinued. He also said there was no longer going to be personal training. He told me the new owners were planning to double my membership fee. I have been emailing and leaving phone messages for a week trying to find out what my new fee and program was going to be, with no response. The owners have not had the courtesy to contact me, ***************************.

    In speaking with Mr. ********, I believe everything requested has been refunded and/or cancelled.

    On Nov 15th, I finally heard from Anytime Fitness and they refunded all the charges I disputed and they cancelled my membership.
