  Customer should not be giving loads to these kind of companies
  I booked a load with BlackRock Transportation on 12/18/2023 to pick up
  a load on 12/19/2023.
  I booked a load (10269) with Broker (Mike A****). The load details are
  Syracuse, UT (12/19/2023 -pick up time stated as per Rate Con is
  0700-1600) to Baton Rouge, LA (12/21/2023). As we both booked this
  load, Mike stated that the pickup will be ready at 2PM and could
  possibly be delayed until 6PM. I told Mike that there were no issues
  for the drivers to pick this up at that time as the drivers were
  already in Utah at the pickup location. I relayed this message to my
  drivers the day before and they were fully aware of the times that
  Mike stated to me. The next morning 12/19/2023, day of pickup Mike
  calls me at 7AM saying he is calling my driver’s, and they are not
  answering, I told him they are already at the location sleeping
  because you said the load will not be ready for pickup until 2PM. Mike
  stated “GET YOUR DRIVER’S TO THE SHIPPER ASAP”, as I am explaining to
  him that they are already there and will be possibly waking up soon
  and will head there he said he is cancelling my load….. He sent me an
  email saying that the load is cancelled, my drivers woke up an hour
  later and checked in at the shipper and the shipper allowed them to
  check in. I called Mike to confirm if the load was cancelled or if
  they can pickup since the shipper allowed checked in. Mike then
  screamed over the phone, “ARE YOU GOING TO GET YOUR DRIVER’S OUT OF
  THERE OR NOT.” I told Mike that he was being very rude and
  disrespectful and that I would be hanging up the phone now.
  No one should be talking like this with carriers/customer as we are
  all trying to get a job done here. This was the worst experience of my
  life so far and never will be working with a company that thinks it is
  okay to speak/treat anyone like this.

  Why would you set an appointment for 0600 after I informed you that mid-morning would be the earliest I can make it due to HOS rules?
  Why then would you complain that I was late?
  Why now are you attempting to cause problems for me with my employer?
  I delivered your freight on time. I arrived a day early ************************************* only to be turned around for arriving too early.
  I nor my company lied at all to Blackrock. The lies & deception were from them. The job was done. Period. Blackrock is being very unprofessional & immature with their tactics. This business should be stayed away from.
