This place is a total scam. They knowingly sell cars that are totally unfit and have never been inspected.

Where do I begin. Bought a used car from them April 4. 5 days after having it I had multiple lights coming on. Called dealership and they gave me a number to have itntowed to their "mechanic". They said lights weren't coming on, they ran tests and nothing is showing up. Told me they replaced the coolant sensor. Charged me $100 and said that should fix it. 3 days later all the lights came back on. Took it to a different mechanic. He spent all day fixing things which should have been checked by dealership before selling me the car. Told me the first mechanic didn't change the coolant sensor like they said. Just put some tape on it to "band aid it". This mechanic told me it needs a new head gasket. Went back to dealership and they offered to fix it but it was going back to their "mechanic". (Their mechanic is really a detailing place for the dealership". Had the car towed to this place on Friday. They told me they can't look at it til Monday. Called dealership Monday and Manager Travis told me they know its a priority to work on and will start it when they're done with the car they're working on now. Also called the mechanic and he said they will for sure start it Tuesday. My dad called the mechanic Wed, and t they havent stated working on it. Said they have cars to detail that are a priority and they'll start it when they have time. Called dealership back up and talked to Travis. He said was very rude and said "what do you want me to do about it". Call the mechanic up next day and told them to leave the car alone. I have it towed back to the 2nd mechanic who pit the gasket on for me. This place is a joke. Only wants your money. Anyone wanting to get a car from this place, please read all the reviews first. Im not the first person things like this have happened to. If I could give negative star rating I would

Purchased a car from them on May 16th . When we came to look at the vehicle they were repairing the thermostat and ac compressor. Drove away with everything working fine. A few days later the thermostat stopped working. We had to take it to our local Chevy dealer to have it repaired because we are over an hour away from Gretna. I was in contact with a guy named Brad who was very helpful. He said, "This should have never happened" and made things right by paying the bill for the repair at our local Chevy dealer. Huge thank you to Brad!

??STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY??Absolutely terrible company. How this company has stayed afloat this long is beyond me. I have been helping a friend who purchased a car from here deal with the utter BS this company keeps throwing at them. Things keep breaking after being “fixed”. Where did you hire your mechanics, Gretna Auto Outlet?? I’d have more confidence in a cow fixing my car than your sorry excuses of “mechanics”. Oh and the company is childish - they get sand in their hoo ha’s about bad reviews and refuse to correct their mistakes PERIOD after leaving bad reviews soooo….oh darn guess I’ll be banned and barred.

Seriously people, STAY AWAY. Go to literally any car dealership OTHER than this sorry excuse of a business. Do not take your vehicle for service here or detailing (if they even offer it) either. What a pathetic business.

I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Gretna Auto Outlet and 3 months later the engine was no good!! I called them to see if I can trade to get another car and they said I would have to be approved for another loan. Mind you, I am a single mother of 3 kids and this is my only vehicle! I called everyone I could to get something done about this, and nothing! I couldn't get another loan, or help with the purchase to put a new engine in. I was ripped off! I don't recommend anyone going here. This vehicle should have been check thoroughly before selling, because it has a recall on the engine and if they would have taken care of the recall on the engine it would have never went bad. I didn't even want to leave any star with the service I received.

Purchased a 2017 *** within the last week. Test drove the vehicle for 15 to 20 minutes and didn't notice any issues. Decided to purchase the vehicle. As I was driving from Gretna to Lincoln, I noticed a crunching noise when using the breaks. Took the vehicle to TO **** to have the breaks looked into and was told that the breaks were completely shot. If this would have been the engine, transmission or an electronic issue, I would not have had an issue with the situation. Those things could go out without any warnings or signs. The fact that they sold a vehicle with faulty breaks is alarming. This could have lead to an accident and injury to me. In the ****** it states that Gretna Auto Outlet looked into the breaks. This means they knew they were worn and unsafe and they still sold it "as is" Their "motto." Now I'm stuck for $906 and I have had the vehicle for 3 days. Like I said the issue is that it was unsafe to drive and they knew it needed new breaks. On top of this they hid a rock chip in the windshield with one of their stickers that describes the vehicle. Which I did not notice until they took the sticker off and I had already purchased the vehicle. They buy cars as is and sell them as is. They have a $230000 vehicle in their show room. Maybe get rid of that and put some money into the vehicles that customers purchase and instead of covering up and hiding the flaws, spend that time fixing the issues or making the customer aware of the issue. Instead of hiding the issue.
