    Between February and September 2021, I paid Adam Barrientez Restorations a total of $********* for several projects on my home (e.g., flooring, drywall, carsiding, etc.). The project has been completely paid for since September 2021; however, it is not finished yet. As of today, it has been 540 days since I had a kitchen; 536 days since I had a bedroom, and 490 days since I have had a hole in bedroom floor where they removed a chimney and did not completely fix it yet. The last time they worked on my house was on June 21, 2022. During that time, they hired subcontractors. I thought they were working on the main floor in my kitchen, but they worked upstairs. I still had my clothes in my bedroom because I wasn't expecting them to work up there. Instead of calling me to let me know of the change in plans, they moved my clothes themselves.... to the cat litter. I have a picture of one of my clean shirts that actually fell in the cat litter. My house looks worse now than before construction started. The owner, Adam Barrientez, last spoke with me on July 21, 2022 saying he was going to get my house on the schedule; however, he did not contact me. I posted my complaints with pictures on ******** on 8/5/2022 and he had an employee call me on 8/6/2022. They are scheduled to arrive to begin finishing my home on 8/10/2022. Several ******** friends said I should still file a complaint with the BBB, so I am filing it in case assistance is needed to resolve this matter. I'm sure there is more, but this is the gist of the complaint. Thank you for your assistance.
