    He asked us for money up front for a construction job we hired Tim W***** for and he bought the flooring for our project and left it outside in the rain and its all warped and ruined. He took the rest of our money and headed out and we could not get ahold of him or anything and he just stole our money left us with ruined flooring and took off. I have heard from quite a few others that he is notorious for this
