    I just purchased some tablets for my cat, which came to $10.50 the other day. However, today I have 10 withdrawals from my bank account that say -$19.99. These are all from Heartland Veterinary Pharmacy. What is going on? I thought that this was a legitimate business.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m very sorry to hear about the unexpected charges you've experienced. This is absolutely not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
    Please know that Heartland Vet Pharmacy takes billing concerns very seriously. We would never intentionally process unauthorized charges. There may have been a technical error and we want to investigate this immediately. We do not have an order that came through for you, so I am guessing there was a problem authorizing your credit card, and that these are all pending charges that have since disappeared.
    To resolve this as quickly as possible, could you please contact our customer service team directly at 800-934-9398. If you have any statements or screenshots showing the withdrawals, that will help us expedite our investigation.
    We are committed to making this right and ensuring your trust in us is restored.

    I highly recommend Heartland Pet Pharmacy. They are great with communicating. I have spoken to Amy several times as the compounded Rx was not a good choice for my 5 lb dog. She is very fussy and needs the liquid. Amy was so kind and helpful and thanks to their quickly contacting my vet, I will soon be able to switch the medication out and make sure Sophie isn’t in pain. This is a great company with wonderful, caring personnel. I’ve even spoken to the pharmacist before. Impressive!!!

    Our local pet pharmacy was either sold or merged with Heartland without any notice to their long standing customer base.
    In this age of poor customer service, I have concerns about any pharmacy that does not answer the phone. The voicemail states that your phone call will be returned the next day.
    The order was placed a week ago, and there has been no further communication. The company has already charged me for the medications, and the expedited shipments, however, I have yet to received confirmation of my order nor a receipt.
    My veterinarian also had trouble with their communication regarding prescriptions.
    It does give pause to whether they are equipped to properly handle the amount of business they currently have.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience. We did purchase Vet Approved RX earlier this year and we have been working diligently to make it as seamless as possible for the customers. We do apologize for the inconvenience that before the sale customers were not notified. We are looking into why a voicemail was not returned to you. Your order does appear it shipped and there should have been an email with tracking information. If you are not getting those email please let us know so we can look into why you would not be getting emails. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Heartland is awesome! Customer service was amazing with helping me place my order, and the shipping was super fast I got tracking the next day and had my package within 2 days. Can't beat those prices! Keep up the great work guys!

    So FAR (and I've ordered twice now), HVS has been MARVELOUS. My vet received faxed requests quickly (same day), and my vet responded in kind. Soon after they received the vet's prescription, I received an email from HVS saying it was rescued and the order is in process. Pieces are cheaper than my vet prices, AND I don't have to drive 40 miles one way to my specialty vet to get the meds from him. Altogether a SUPER THUMBS UP!!!!
