Allo contractors were at my house 1.13.25 and installed a line in my back yard. I was furious when I got home and saw my yard. I had paid thousands to have artificial turf installed a year ago. They proceeded to cut the turf, roll it back, dig up the dirt to accommodate the line and pour concrete in the hole. Now my turf in that area is ruined as it is creased from being bent back and it can no longer be secured to the ground as it was before. They left dirt and mud all over the area they were working on. These people have absolutely no respect for personal property at all. I have reached out to them however I doubt I will ever hear anything back. I didn't even ask for or want allo at my house.

While subcontractor for company is installing new fiber optic withing my neighbor they caused damage to my property. After contacting company several times and promised a resolution initially, all contact ceased. No company representative has contacted me to date. Pictures have been submitted and damage now continues and is getting worse.

I was incorrectly informed that I would be receiving a refund as I was cancelling internet service but had already paid my bill through auto pay. I canceled service as discussed but then received another bill and no refund. I have tried settling this with the company but they are not helping. I have screenshots of the email thread where an employee clearly stated I’d be receiving a refund.

ALLO has contacted the customer and resolved the issue.  We did not explain the disconnect billing appropriately on the initial call with the customer.  ALLO has removed the outstanding balance as requested.

      Greetings.

A subcontractor of Allo Communications installed new cable under our lawn the week of March 13. I don't know the name of the contractor--the contractor didn't communicate with us as landowners AT ALL about the project; no communication before, during or after the digging/installing.

The subcontractor destroyed approximately 30 square feet of our tall fescue sod in six different areas of our lawn. They left six raised rectangular mounds of dirt with a sparse amount of seed on each mound of dirt. See attached pictures illustrating three of the six rectangular mounds of destroyed tall fescue turf. A one-foot ruler in each photo illustrates an approximation of the sizes. They didn't inform us what type of seed was left but it was presumably bluegrass.

I called Allo Communications twice during the week of March 20 about my concerns and was told someone would call back to address this problem. No one has called has called after 7 business days. I was told they would call back within 1 to 5 business days.

I expect the subcontractor or Allo Communications to restore our yard to its condition prior to the project by purchasing and professionally installing tall fescue sod by April 30, 2023, in the six places where turf was destroyed.

      Thank you.
