      Trius keeps messing up my accounts and cause trouble with accounts they don't put things through my account like they are suppose to it takes longer then normal for things to go through and now due to these things my rent did not go through and paid now I am being evicted from my home they take fees out of my accounts that are unreasonable and for nonsense things

      Hello-

      Trius Federal Credit Union has followed all rules and regulations for deposits in this case.  It is clearly explained in our disclosures that items clear in the order that they are receivecd.  For example, if someone writes a check, but it is not deposited by the receiving party right away, other items may clear their account.  It is a member's responsibility to know their account balance and only spend the funds they have.  We cannot control when a third-party deposit's a check that was written to them.

      I am rejecting this response because: I put the payment before the 1st of November and on November 1st and they did not let it go through. The rules state that it is to go through 1 to 2 business days not 6 business days for electronic funds transfer it is stated in the bank rules and regulations. I almost lost my home due to them waiting so long to put it through when it should have gone through right away.

      Hello

      Thank you for following up.  The credit union received the debit for the rent on 11/5 and posted it to the members account at that time.  The credit union cannot control when we receive the file from the vendor.  We can also not control what other payments were done by the member or how he spent his money between the time that he made the payment and when it posted by the vendor to his account.  

      The member is responsible for knowing how much money they have and what charges they have authorized.  

      We understand the individual's frustration, but the credit union could is not responsible for delayed posting by his landlord.
