      This complaint is being filed against Lacey Bentley of NP Realty. At first she caters to her clients, but then when the clients get under contract or a bridge loan, she washes her hands and ignores her clients of the whole situation. After under contract with the house, Lacey Bently didn’t do any follow up on how the process is going. Nor did she do a final walk through of the house that was purchased. Also, Lacey Sided with the buyer of her client home instead of her clients, when her clients were in the right. When we needed Lacey to go to bat for us, she washed her hands of the situation. Lacey cost us $1500 in Appliances and Endless hours of our time. Since the move and closing of our home there has not been a word from her. The lack of communication on her part was frustrating. When we had proof of mistakes on her part she did nothing.
