I had my roof replaced and from the very first get go I have had leaks . I would contact them and they would send someone out to try to fix the roof . It might not leak for a while but would eventually leak again around my wood burning stove and one of the sky lights in the living room. It took 4 times for the sky light and I have lost count on the other. I have water damage that still is not fixed, and a celling that was replaced but is now water stained. It is now almost 3 years later and they do not seem interested any fixing the problems. I can not get any one to give a bid to fix the water damage because the leak or leaks are not fixed!

Mr Schlattmann has a chimney that moves when the wind blows and breaks the sealant. He needs to have it anchored back to the roof to prevent that from continually happening. It leaked before we shingled the house and it still leaks. We've re-sealed it multiple times for free but it keeps happening. This wasn't on our original scope of work and we are not HVAC people or welders so we feel this job needs to be done by someone else.
