    Started install on a new Hvac systems and has not come back to finish. The new system is not working right because of a sensor not installed yet. Called many times and do not get any answers when the will come back out.

    We have been in contact with the customer and his wife and our electrician is going to run new wire, as promised, soon.  With the new wire run for the heat pump we will then add the OD sensor for heat pump, change out panels damaged during shipping, and complete start-up.  Keep in mind no money has changed hands for this installation and we will deliver as promised.

    Fred's has ignored several requests to delete their business reminders emails from being sent to me. This goes back to August 10, 2022, and on November 10, suggested that a BBB report would be filed if it continued. Feb 6 is their latest. Please ask them to stop. I'll be glad to forward the email requests that were forwarded to them, but can't figure out how to do it with the BBB app.

    We have removed the customer from our maintenance agreement list. These are auto generated reminders for folks that have pre-paid for our maintenance plan. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    It speaks volumes that only AFTER a BBB complaint is lodged that all of a sudden they're going to play nice.



    Why did they not agree earlier to the multiple previous kindly requests? My advice? Find someone else.
