    We moved into our new home Dec 2022. We came to do our week walk through. Upon our walk through we marked our issues. Gouges in trim, paint issues etc. The Home Company called us to move up our closing date due to a winter storm coming. We closed on our old home our new home and did our final walk through all in the same day at their request. The paint issues were completed. Once we moved in we realized not ONE of the other issues were fixed. We found more items: paint on top of the microwave, a nail sticking out of the trim, spindles that the bottom were not fixed/glued down. Today was our 60 day walk through and we were told because we did not bring these issues up during our rushed closing they wouldn’t fix them.

    So because we didn’t get on the counter and check the top of our microwave or get on our hands and knees to see the gouges in our trim were fixed or pull on the bottom of all our spindles that it’s too bad? We have a nail sticking out of the trim that my daughter could run into. This is unacceptable. We paid over $******* for them not to fix there SLOPPY work.

    I would never recommend them to anyone.. sloppy work.
