    I ordered 10 boxes of dog dewormer. I never received it. I called Pets Supplies Delivered and they basically told me that once it leaves their hands, it is no longer their responsibility. I call USPS and they told me since the package is not insured, there is nothing they can do about it. Pet Supplies Delivered got their money, USPS got their money; I am the only one out $100!
    I requested assistance with locating the package or at least a refund of my money. Pet Supplies Delivered offered no help. They were unsympathetic and had a ‘I don’t care attitude’. It was as if this happens all the time that they have been desensitized to this kind of situation.
    I will like for Pet Supplies Delivered to do the right thing and either reship the product or refund me my money.

    I purchased my baby ********* once received I found they were hard . The manufacturer informed me that the medication was stored improperly in or near heat. They should stored in a cool, dry place. I've learned my lesson you receive what you pay for. If it discounted in price there's a reason . When called there's not a live person just a message center, no one returns your call. Rae ******
