    PODS told me that they could deliver my container to the location that I am moving to. After I loaded my belongings in the pod and paid for the move, they told me that they could not deliver to my location. No apology, no refund. As if moving is not stressful enough, beware of this bait and switch scam!

    Damage was done to the driveway when the driver came to pick up the empty pods container after our move. Despite having an apparatus to lift and move the pod to the truck it seems the pod was dragged along the pavement which gouged out the surface. The apparatus hit the raised edge on the side of the driveway and dragged so that the side gravel was gouged out and the pavement collapsed. Customer service told me I would be contacted to upload photos yet two days later I received an email stating that the claim was resolved with them finding no wrong doing. I was never able to submit photos and nobody came to the house to assess the damage. The driver who delivered the heavy packed pod container did zero damage… the driver who picked up the empty container caused significant damage.

    These pictures of damage are to a driveway in *********** **.  This office only handles deliveries in Omaha, NE area.  Further, this is a corporate customer so the complaint needs to be directed towards the corporate offices.  Our company had nothing to do with this incident.
