    I ordered some items for shipment to Canada. This company apparently did not provide the carrier with appropriate customs paperwork then requested that the shipment be returned to them. Now they are not refunding the entire value of my items (restocking charge?) or the shipping charge. I seem to be out $162 for no fault of mine. Can’t get ahold of a person to explain.

    I ordered the wrong size part for my project and immediately tried to contact the company to fix the issue and got no response. I tried contacting the company via their website, by phone and by email all before the order was shipped and got no reply from email or their website and got voicemail when I called directly and received no call back after leaving a message detailing my issue. They shipped the item anyway and per their policy, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges plus they state that they may deduct their shipping charges from the purchase price (even though the shipping to me was free) and on top of that they will charge a 20% restocking fee. In other words, returning my purchase would cost me more than I spent to purchase the item. Their policy is designed to cost the customer an exorbitant amount for returns making the return pointless and their inaction to act on my attempts to contact the company is an easy way to avoid cancelling or rectifying an order and profiting off of the customers mistake. If you purchase anything from this company, check and double check your order before placing it because if there is a mistake they will ignore your attempts to correct it.
