    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

In the few weeks after both ford and ford and ******** ****** absolutely knew there was a problem ford and ford being a direct face to face conversation with an individual  who absurdly understood that the refuse company was at fault, both hid away and didn't even attempt any contact but actually denied responsibility      these are facts

That would have been the optimal time for either or both companys to deal with this problem

Obviously the most satisfactory way would begin with an apology and end with a result that doesn't cost myself now forced to be the complaintent,  time and effort to force ford and ford and ******** ****** to take action  or even responsibility but here we are

at this time I've spent hours writing that could have been avoided by either or both

    Business Response

    BBB of Omaha

    Response to Complaint:

It should be noted that at NO TIME has the complainant ever reached out to our company via any means—no phone calls, no emails or no mail.
The complainant never shared his contact information with our company worker at any time.
The complainant’s insurance company has not reached out to our company either.

I am going to be careful not to escalate this situation by throwing out accusations regarding the complainant.  At no time did our employee agree that ******** ****** caused the damage, our employee did agree to contact me regarding the matter, which he did.  The complainant did not give our employee their contact information, thus we were not able to reach out to them.

We obtained the Insurance Company’s Claims Agent contact from ******** ****** Company, the company that delivered the dumpster, at which time we called and spoke with the representing agent.
We called and spoke to the claim’s agent, ******* at *******s Mutual, once. During that time we explained to the insurance agent that ******** ****** had offered to have the driveway fixed/repaired.

******** ****** also spoke with the insurance company’s agent and offered to fix/repair the driveway that is in dispute.
The refuge company has offered on at least two different occasions to fix/repair the driveway in question, the Insurance Company has had contact with ******** ****** on this matter.
I do not know if the Insurance Company and or agent has forwarded this information to the claimant.
I know for a fact that ******** ****** has agreed to fix/repair the driveway in question.  No one is trying to “hide” from this complaint.
At no time has it been explained to us what the complainant wants exactly.  We would like to know what that is.
Why we are involved is still a mystery.  We as a company did no damage to the claimant’s property.
Nor did we as a company trespass on claimant’s property.
