    The problem started on 2/11/25, I took my 2002 ford f250 in for some brake work and the tech wasn’t professional at all. He was cursing at me he also cursed at the delivery people and made everything very uncomfortable for me. I have mental health issues and that doesn’t help me. So very rude to me very rude to the part store, he also started. “ your truck will not sit in the shop overnight it will leave when I close the shop new parts or not” I didn’t think mechanics threaten people to not fix cars. Not professional. He charged me over 200.00 to fix it and it wasn’t properly fixed. I would like the 206.21 reimbursed

    This is so crazy I don't even know where to begin. First off pretty much everything he said is fully false. I have video and audio recordings to back it all up. The real problem technically didn't have anything to do with him and me. When he picked up his truck we talked for awhile. I did apologize, at that time, for getting frustrated about the parts delays. I certainly didn't cuss anyone out including the delivery driver. The real problem was the parts store not doing there job. As for the "cursing" he was ******** *** ***** the entire follow up text conversation. I have provided screen shots of the entire follow up texts.

    Better Business Bureau: also my truck is now making a nasty clunking when I stop I would like that company to refund me so I can take it to a proper shop get fixed the proper way
