    On January 2, 2024 I made a reservation at Rogers Inn for the banker suite. There was 226.20 already paid up front from my credit card. On February 11th 2024. I called to confirm my reservation for the weekend of February 16th 2024. Whoever answer the phone told me that she had been trying to get a hold of me, which is not true because I have sent emails and my phone number and there has not been any response about my reservations. She kept insisting I could transfer to another bed and breakfast. I said no multiple times. I asked for a refund three times to my credit card. The person on the phone told me that she could only issue a business check and the money could not go back on my credit card. She stated that they had to close and there were some medical health concerns going on and after I went back and looked at the reviews this lady has been saying this to numerous people for at least the last year. How is this bed and breakfast still in business In Lincoln and just taking people's money and getting away with it?? I made this reservation a month and a half ago from my birthday weekend and not once have I received any confirmations or any updates about my reservations. I had to call to get the information about my reservation for my birthday weekend February 16th and now to be told that no I cannot do that and now I cannot get my money back in a timely manner?! Please help
