    I went to cappys 01/18/2025 around 630 for a birthday party for a close friend no one was there so we were going to ask for a table and one of the people that was there with me and my boyfriend had autism the people in cappys did not want to talk to him and would only talk to me and my boyfriend that was the first thing I noticed after we got the table the group showed up about 15 minutes later the waitress finally came over to get drink orders and talked to ***** the birthday person he ordered some beers so she asked to id everyone didn't even end up but when she went for my id I was honest and said I forgot it at home and told her I don't drink beer anyways and she called me sketch which ok whatever I'm not drinking nor want to anyways even though I'm all but 24 years old she then did not want to take anyone else's order except mine my boyfriend his basketball coach from special Olympics drink order and ignored everyone else that had obvious disabilities. She the disappeared for awhile the cam back for food orders and once again did the same thing she did with drink orders after she was done with that we sat for awhile while food was being made when another person showed up and we realized for over a hour another person never got there drink so the person that showed up went to the bar and got it for the person. Everything was going fine till I got up to go vape then security stops me to put a wrist band im honest and say I don't have a id but I'm just eating and drinking water security then goes to bartender that looks at me and says you gotta go I never got to finish my food I had to rudley leave the establishment and go figure more food somewhere else on top of watching them mistreat people with disabilities this is not ok and I don't just want to let this go when it was obvious they didn't want to serve us

    Honestly, I am completely confused about this complaint.  We, at Cappy's, have numerous customers with disabilities who frequent our establishment.  If this actually did happen the way ***** is saying, then I absolutely apologize to her and her entire party.  However, when I showed the online public complaint to my staff members, they were even more surprised than me. I approached each staff member and none of them knew of any incident of this nature.  But, like I said, if it did actually happen, I apologize.  I am not understanding the comment about Cappy's always treating certain people unfairly or rudely.  Cappy's has been involved in hundreds of fundraisers, events, sponsorships, and much more for all types of groups/foundations.  I would personally prefer ***** calls me and talks to me about this situation.  I do not agree with trying to "bash" a business online before you try and resolve the conflict, but that is what this world has come to.  I am more than happy to talk with ***** and work this out.

    It was a older bartender and a older waitress I have a table full of witnesses so until I can get a formal apology from that waitress and bartender I don't accept
