    Hello- We have had a lien placed on our home due to a missed $** HOA payment. We understand a late fee or penalty fees, but this resulted in extra unreasonable fee of $********. We have in writing that once this fee was paid that we would obtain a lien release and an order of dismissal. Our dues have been taken from our account in Feb of 2023. Not only has the unreasonable fees put stress on our family but the lack of communication has put even more stress on our family. We are asking for the fees of $******** to be reimbursed due to the stress that has been put on us. We would also like the lien and order of dismissal confirmation immediately as the funds have been out of our account for sometime now.
