      I have health insurance and made my copay in full, I'm receiving bill's from this company, I made many attempts to contact this company to make adjustments on there work, now the situation has gotten worse

      We've reached out multiple times to them, most of the time unable to get ahold of them, and to their insurance company to resolve the issues. Unfortunately they are not giving us the prior history from their other dental office that their insurance is requiring. We have a financial agreement in place with all of our patients that state anything not covered by insurance is the patient's responsibility, it is a courtesy for us to submit your claims but the insurance is a contract between a patient and the insurance company, not us. They have signed this agreement and we are happy to provide it to them if they needed it. At this time, we are not able to make any forward movements or any additional changes without the required information and a timely filing limit has been reached with the insurance company. If they would like to reach out to us directly to try to resolve this matter, we are available.

      Pine Ridge Dental have some information that United healthcare needs been trying for over a year now , Pine Ridge Dental sent to collection me, that's right!

      We are still unable to reach them with the contact information they have provided us. There's been a lack of response to the multiple calls we've tried to make and when we do reach them, they hang up on us or they start swearing and issuing threats. They have been been very aggressive with our employees and with one of the labs we use, showing up and harassing them. It's unfortunate that we have been unable to get the information from them for the insurance claim but we cannot do anything else for them at this time. We are following our policy for past due balances older than a year.
