      Where do I even start. This woman is the most unprofessional business owner I have met. I scheduled microblading in November. I went to that appointment and unfortunately was very discouraged by Jenny's work. I barely seen any difference in my eyebrows. I thought when I went back for my touch-up she would make it right but when I was supposed to go back she sent me a message having to reschedule due to DHHS shutting her down until she made something up to par. I was bummed but rescheduled. Mind you this was in December and she couldn't get me back in until February. I went back for that appointment and let her know my concerns regarding my brows. She basically told me that I obviously won't be happy with microblading so she wouldnt do my touch up. She said I could come back in March and she would do something else with my eyebrows that I might like. I had a friend pass and completely forgot about this appointment. She was so unprofessional and told me that I wasted 2 hours of her time, that this was my fault and that she couldn't get me in until May!!! So after her arguing with me for 10 minutes, I told her I would just like my money back and that I wouldn't come back. She wouldnt do that but gave me back a petty $50. She treated me horribly. I cannot believe this woman is still in business. I cannot stress enough how horrible of an experience this has been. Please do not even look twice at going to here, even if her prices are lower.

      Hey Cassi!
      Microblading is a two part process for a reason.
      That is why you didn’t see much from the first session. I recommended a different service that would better suit you and you agreed.
      You NO SHOWED your appointment that you had received a 24 hour in advance reminder for.
      You then aggressively text me demanding that you get in sooner.
      I am running a business that feeds my family and keeps a roof over our heads.
      Every missed appointment is a missed opportunity for a client that would have showed up.
      You never once mentioned a death in any of our conversations until you started leaving reviews.
      I truly hope you can find someone that better deals with your schedule and can handle being spoken to the way you spoke to me.
      And I quote
      “ Wow!!!! Smh. I want on the cancellation list and o want them redone BEFORE MAY”
      I accommodate to the best of my ability.
