      Same issues as Tanessa below. Flooring install was absolutely terrible. Had to be entirely replaced after gapping and broken pieces. Excuse after excuse all resulted in him never showing up to complete the job. Thankfully, we found someone else who was absolutely appalled by the serious lack of any prep work that had been done. Shame on Chris.

      Do not use this company. The owner, Chris ******, lacks all integrity. The owner's son unfortunately installed our flooring and it was an issue ever since moving in two years ago. The floor started separating and gaps were forming. After months of no-shows and multiple excuses, Chris finally came out and glued the problem areas together (even though it's a floating floor). Chris blamed the material. After having a 3rd party inspect the flooring, they determined a bad install caused the problem. We had to pay for all new flooring that covers 70% of our home, which was not a small expense. Chris agreed to help our contractor tear out & re-install, but CHRIS DID NOT SHOW UP. My contractor is now laying this flooring by himself because Chris has zero conscience or moral compass, and falls off the planet when he needs to fix his mistakes. Stay away from Classic Wood Floors and whatever other businesses Christopher ****** owns.***************
