    I have requested an itemized statement of our account activity for the past 2 years with zero acknowledgment. The company continues to assess a bi-monthly fee to our account without providing any details of the account which I have requested MULTIPLE times via email, voicemail, and through the contact form on their website. The company does not acknowledge any of the 3 forms of communication. This has been ongoing for well over 4 weeks this time around. I contacted them in the past without any acknowledgment as well. I feel like the company isn't operating a business ethically and with integrity when they aren't willing to provide statements and records of payment but continue to assess fees. I have sent in manual payments to pay for their 'late fees' just to bring the account to $0 since they will not provide statements, I just wanted the account to be $0. I willingly paid without an itemized statement in good faith and so now all I am asking is for the business to provide itemized account statements for the past 24 months to get this resolved. That's all I ask and I am not willing to just fork out a check again without justification of the billing. I would appreciate any help in getting this long outstanding issue resolved that I as a customer am more than willing to resolve.

    I let the company know via VM that I had reached out to BBB for resolution and the company finally returned my VM. The company has resolved the issue, stated the account is in good standing and the account does in fact have a $0 balance and all unnecessary late fees will be removed.
