      On 03/7/2024 I called Uribe to get information on the rental cost of an 8 cubic yard dumpster for 1 weeks rental. I was quoted $120 plus an additional $54 for any extra dumps.l by a young man. On 03/12/2024 they dropped of my dumpster. On 3/16/2024 I called and left a message asking them to dump on Monday, which they did on 03/18/2024, that evening I called and left them a message asking them to pick up the dumpster on 03/19/2024 as I was finished with it and that was the week mark. I called on 03/20/2024 to see why they didn't pick up the dumpster and I spoke with a rude woman that said the prices I was quoted were wrong and that they charge $90 per dump and an $80 delivery charge then said she would have someone pickup the dumpster. Then proceeded to to send me a bill 04/01/204 for $260 itemized as $80 delivery fee a dump for 03/18/2024 at $90 and a dump and return on 3/20/2024 $90. The problem is they never came a second time and the dumpster hasn't been touched by there company since they dumped it the one and only time. They are lying and I have a security camera showing they never cam

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Thank you for reaching out and allowing us the opportunity to respond regarding the above complaint.   I attempted to contact **** ****** by phone today, 4/29/2024 at, 1:22pm, CST and was able to leave a message for her.  I did some research on her account, and it seems there was some confusion with the request made on 3/18/2024 to dump the 4-yard on site vs the message left on 3/19/2024 to dump and remove the 4-yard container.  It seems two charges were put in for the dump cost vs one.  I have attached the corrected statement dated 4/29/2024 in the amount of $170.00, which is for the correct amount that the customer owes. The customer has now been charged $80.00 for the delivery and $90 for the one dump and removal for a total of $170.00.  The standard cost at Uribe Refuse for a 4-yard container is normally $80.00 to deliver and then $120.00 per dump on the container. I offer sincere apologies in the billing error and hope that the customer will opt to use our services in the future.   If there is any further assistance required, she is more than welcome to contact our office at, *************

      The dumpster was full today, 4/30/2024 and we removed it from **** * *******   The customer was not charged for today's dump at $90.00 even though the container was full.
