    On June 10th 2024 I paid my contractor llc $2927.62 to replace old siding and windows with new siding and windows

    They continued to push off doing our house until the beginning of August.

    When they were completed with the work I expressed alot of concerns due to gaps ranging from 1/4 of an inch to 1/2 of an inch.

    The owners of the company came out and agreed the work was unacceptable and they would fix it.

    On September 5th 2024 they came to my house removed all the siding and windows, barricaded the door shut. Upon removing the siding it was found that they caused damage to the vertical uprights when the initial installation happened.

    Currently they refuse to answer any of my calls or text messages asking for an update. The room was completely soaked with water this morning due to a storm we got.

    There also is a pile of debris that is left in my back yard as well

    I have pictures of the initial install but wanted to show what the room looks like as of today.

    There also is a post that was on a local Facebook page where multiple people have said they have done the same thing to them

    We contacted My Contractor LLC to give us a bid on a home addition. We met to go over the proposal with ******* ********** (owner) and **** **** (sales). We decided to proceed with the concrete work and signed a contract with them for the work around June 21, 2024. They asked for payment through their portal, but it wasn't working. So on the following Monday, June 24 ******* drove to my husband's workplace and picked up a check. He said that work would start at our home on Thursday, June 28. No one came. My husband called ******* and he said work was to begin July 1st. No one came. Then it was July 5th and they would work through the weekend. We were out of town and we got a text message on July 5th that the crew took a long holiday weekend. Since that time, no one ever showed up. All calls and texts to ******* went unanswered. The only person that would answer was **** who basically said she couldn't do anything as ******* was in jail. On July 18th, **** said they would be sending us a refund check priority mail. On July 19th, ******* finally texted my husband and said a check had been requested through the accountant and we would receive it 7-10 business days from July 16th from his accountant. My husband got through to ********* business partner as well and he agreed that this was unacceptable but offered no other solution. The 10 business days have passed.

    The company's Facebook page no longer exists. I have seen on Google reviews that there is another 1 star review and on Nextdoor.com someone posted in the last week that the same thing is currently happening to them.
