    This guy willl charge you a consultation fee if you turn down his estimate. He didn't even give me a complete estimate and left out the part he didn't want to do. Never did he ever say there was going to be a charge for a half-a** estimate. After I thought we were done, he decided to send me an invoice for what he called a 'consultation'. There was no consultation. He has sent me several invoices since trying to coerce me to pay. I don't believe he has been in business long as he had a dificult time coming up with pictures of his work and he gave me an outrageous estimate of $1400 which I balked at. He then lowered the price to stain my small deck by $700. I am so glad we didn't hire him. I don't trust him at all.
