    Don't due business with this Con artist/ Scam company.
    *** ******** Business Owner of Supreme Spa & Pool had me believe that the guys that were installing the new liner would have to crawl under the deck and that was the purpose of the deck charge. Six guys showed up from SPS. One of them being ******. I asked if the deck hindered them from installing the liner and if anyone had to crawl underneath. He said no and I shouldn't be charged for that and there would only be a deck surcharge if there was an existing deck and an entire new pool was installed where he himself would charge that as an extra charge not SSP. In addition, we were charged $219 for a rock blocker when they did not install a new one but rather used the existing one because the pool was still on the new side. I called **** from SPS that handles the work orders after the liner was installed on 6/2/25 and explained we shouldn't have been charged a deck fee when this didn't hinder the liner installation. She said I agreed when the Docusign took place. I said that was under false pretenses that the workers would have to crawl under the deck when they didn't. She said "your Not getting the $500 back and said she would credit back $219 for the rock blocker charge." I said I would dispute the $500 charge because it was bait and switch and I was mislead which was fraudulent. She said if I did they would come out and take our pool liner back. I'm disputing the fraudulent $500 deck charge and I will be contacting the Attorney General office and Federal Trade Commissioner. I let **** know I wanted to speak to *** and she said "IF" he calls you back your still not getting the $500 back. The $219 for the rock blocker was credited after about a week, however *** has not contacted me and they haven't credited the $500. American Express Business Card is now handling the dispute. The six guys that put the new liner in were very nice. I cannot say the same for *** and ****. Terrible experience.

    I am Sooooooo po right now. Sent my grandson in few minutes ago, to get stain lift because I need asorbic acid stain remover! They sell him 85.00 worth of prevention crap and won't take it back!!! I will be spreading the negative feedback every where!

    We bought a new pool after ours was damaged in a storm. The package we bought had a self cleaning vacuum in it which was defective. Now after 1 month, we are still waiting for it to be fixed because we were told due to manufacturers they had to do it that way. We have been so disappointed in their customer service as they wouldn't just give us a new pool cleaner.
    So for a month now we are still waiting to have our serviced.

    We bought a hot tub in Grand Island NE at the State Fair! They really sold the product up! Whenever we had a problem they would tell us how to fix the problem! It is under warranty but for them to come and look at it they charge so much for mileage plus $240 plus all parts are 1/2 price under warranty! So a word to the wise only but local as they will stand behind their warranty! I even asked how to do some things on the touchscreen and they said to look it up on u-tube as they didn’t know how either!
