    Spoke to owner of the company agreed on a price of the service for cleaning. The price agreed was much less than ending price. Was miss lead on the type of cleaning. Things were not met to expectations. The owner of the company was not professional with any of the conversations or services provided.

    To whom it may concern-
    On 4/29/2024, Maid to Clean performed a cleaning service for ******* *** ****** ********.  This was a move out clean at a reduced price from our standard charge.  The owners of Maid to Clean knew ****** from church and wanted to help her get her space clean.  They had a budget for us to meet and we stayed within this budget. They were moving out and needed help cleaning so they could get their home on the market to sell. At the time of completion, there were no complaints have had no notice of any services not rendered. 

    Fast forward 4 months later, *** ********** wife ****** began working for Maid to Clean in September 2024.  She was employed until this past Friday, February 21, 2025. 
    On this date, it was decided by the owners of Maid to Clean that ****** was no longer a good fit to continue to work together.  She was not following through as a Lead Cleaner and setting a poor example for other team members.

    Our professional stance is that the ********** are upset with the owners of Maid to Clean.  We feel that they filed this complaint out of spite to get back at us.  She has been making negative social media posts about our business and us personally.   

    The complaint made by *** ******** is false.

    Please find the attached paid invoice from April 2024 and a few of the final communications between the owners of Maid to Clean and ******.
