We wanted to get a new mattress for our bed. We decided to stop at ComfortMade Mattress by Pet Smart on North 27th.
I have to say we are very impressed! This is an owner operated business. It was clean ,organized and welcoming. We actually worked with one of the owners and explained what we were looking for he was kind and gave us information on what we asked about. He was not pushy and let us take our time. We did order just a mattress on 3/15/24 and were given a delivery date of3/18/24. They called to confirm delivery,the other owner and another employee delivered the mattress. Both were professional,careful and kind. I had them check out our foundation to make sure it was still in good shape. The owner said that it was fine and gave me a few tips to get the best comfort for our bed. Absolutely no pressure to replace our old foundation! I called and let my husband know that the mattress was delivered and what was said about our foundation. At 12:54 my husband called back and said that they would be back sometime this afternoon with a new foundation. They called at 2:16 and said they could bring it about 15 minutes. They brought it and took both our old foundation and mattress and plastic wrapping! One of the best spur of the moment decisions we have made in a while.
At this time I cannot say enough about ComfortMade Mattress they were Awesome from beginning to end and will recommend them to anyone!
