    First, let me ask can I leave zero stars? What should have been one of the most exciting and thrilling times of my life purchasing my first brand new Harley, was anything but. An absolute ******* nightmare to be exact. Let me make a long story short bought a brand new 23 street glide ST white sand pearl first week I had it they had to come pick the bike up because it was blowing oil out of the tailpipe blowing white smoke check engine light turned out they put the directional piston in backwards instead of putting a brand new 117 in the bike like they should’ve done they just rebuilt that one side. Absolutely ridiculous. I was so bewildered that they chose to do that. I mean it’s a brand new $36,000 bike that you guys put together wrong-oil starvation messes with the whole motor not just one cylinder. They assure me that they will make my first months payment on the bike to try to help smooth things over while three months later I finally got a check was lied to to my face twice. Told that the check was in the mail just to be retracted anyways five weeks later Got the bike back. There’s a ticking on the side of the motor that they did work on bike ended up getting another check engine light with a bunch of codes called him again. Told him come get this bike again hard starting check engine light multiple codes get this thing running right They came and got the bike called me the next day. Tried to tell me it was just a dead battery. I said absolutely not a few days later. Call me again. Tell me that a fuse was blown, which is pretty wild to me and then charge me $86 for said Fuze **** I thought I had a full bumper-to-bumper warranty paid a few thousand extra for such a thing guess not anyways bike comes back told me it was 100% good to go get home from work bike sitting in my driveway go to start it same exact check engine light, same exact codes multiple codes Called again. Service tech said he’d get back to me the next day. Today marks 11 days haven’t heard a word

    Bought used tri-glide in July, still waiting for title, total BS, called several times, just get brushed off with so@ so will call back, Nothing. It's total BS when a dealer ship is all worried about their reputation and even when you're there in person for 3 hours and still get the curtious brush off is even more upsetting.Im not happy and they know it, but yet don't have the common decency to take care of the problem, because they don't wanna lose a sale.I say if there a obvious problem, then it's your responsibility to get the issue resolved, regardless of sale, and this point beings they don't wanna actually deal with it, they force me to take legal action. Just freaking sad ..
