Was unaware of the guest concern, our sales rep did not mention until asked about it.  We are getting a second key fob ordered and will arrange getting programmed and to the guest when it arrives.

I purchased a used ***** from Lexus of Lincoln in late Oct. 2022. I had a 3 mo./3,000 mi. warranty on the vehicle. The vehicle had a check engine light (CEL) on when I purchased it and was told it would be fixed before I received the vehicle. It took over 2 weeks to actually receive the vehicle. Within 5 days the CEL was back on. I reset the DTC codes and the CEL was off. I drove the ***** less than 4 days and again the CEL returned. On 17 Nov. 2022 I gave it back to Lexus of Lincoln to have them fix the problem. I did not get my ***** back until 3 Feb. 2023 and in less than 3 days CEL was back on. The DTC code was exactly the same. They never fixed the problem. It took almost 4 months and the initial problem was never fixed.
During the time they had my ***** I used two loaner vehicles. I received word that the last loaner returned came back with damages. Now I have pay them for these damages. If I had my vehicle fixed and returned to me in a timely matter, chances are these damages would never have occurred.
I am so disappointed with Lexus of Lincoln. My experience with them was not at all satisfying to say the least. That is why I am filing this complaint.

Mr. ********* bought a 12 year old ***** with 127,000 miles from us that did come with a 3 month 3k mile powertrain warranty.  We on 3 separate occasions took the ***** to a ***** store to get the CEL diagnosed and fixed at no charge to guest.  On each of these occasions we ensured that the guest had transportation.  The last repair was unrelated to the previous repair and we advised guest to take it to a ***** store to which he declined.  We still provided remedy.  On the last repair the loaner vehicle we provided for his use received $**** of damage to the rear bumper, hatch and fender.  Per our loaner agreement we did request that the guest pay for damages incurred as his vehicle was returned in original and working order.
