    I ordered 3 of the same cat toys for my family, they arrived and did not perform anything like what was posted on facebook. The company's website is also inaccurate with what we received. I wanted to return immediately, and the company's response was "items have to be returned within 7 days", and also, "items must be defective"

    I contacted this company from the beginning, the product was not even close to what was described.

    The company told me it only returned defective items.

    the item was very cheap, and not at all what was in the description on the facebook website.

    They do not answer my emails, I have to reach out to them and remind them- I am the one who told them that the bbb was trying to get a hold of them.

    Thanks for bringing it to our attention. It was directed to a different folder for spam in our email. It is currently being responded to.

     

    I find it insulting and lack of professionalism that I cannot be assisted.  The produce is junk, it does not charge, not sure how to verify that something doesn't charge. that's a rhetorical arugment.

    the better business bureau really let a customer down in this one.
