    I prepaid 3 weeks in advance online. I arrived 10 mins early & Nobody was there. spent 20 minutes calling every phone number for EMBARK. They refused to SPEAK with me & completely ignored me when I asked for address verification. The unprofessionalism, RUDE, & SO DISRESPECTFUL. This place should be shut down. I worry about the way they handle animals!

    the place is dark it's locked up can somebody
    please get back with me I've tried several
    numbers for the last 20 minutes left messages. and l'd like to speak with somebody please
    EMBARK: Where are you at? Everyone else already checked in for noon
    CLIENT: I'm sorry I guess I don't understand 5501
    Holden street is that right?
    EMBARK: *Holdrege. I can get you rescheduled, it sounds like maybe you went the wrong place
    CLIENT: I am here right now and there's nobody here
    EMBARK: It's too late to check in for noon at this point though, I'm offering to resched. I will give you a call in a moment and we can cancel or reschedule, there are a couple of other clients in the queue.
    CLIENT: I was in the queue! & here before noon and nobody is here. Please verify the address??

We are unfortunately unable to help further in this situation and your payment has been refunded. We are not associate at all. You are not welcome and You are a keyboard warrior with high anxiety and you need to get your life together.
