1 starCelerion has a worst reputation amongst the study community.
The staff consists of young adults in their 20s and they take any criticism of services as being yelled at or disrespected. They then file complaints against you which leads to a ban on your participation. It’s quite startling to me that any business which rely’s on the public’s participation, should be a bit more understanding of the participants stance. Young adults nowadays need to thicken their skin. If they can’t handle an adult asking a question, maybe they should get into a different line of workReview fromFreddy I

These people had the audacity to send me letters emails, and leave me voicemails after they made me drive from Houston Texas all the way to Lincoln Nebraska only to sleep in my car because they denied me payment and they denied me entrance to their study. Their response was thank you for contributing to the medical research, this is a letter to inform you that your behavior was unprofessional and you threatened our staff. I never did such thing. I simply informed them that what they were doing was unprofessional, and that if they cannot relay a simple message to me, they should not be practicing medicine , this place is completely unprofessional and I have never experienced this type of discrimination as a veteran and Hispanic. If I could leave a worse review I would . I will be filling a complaint with the FDA as well .
