This Complainant has reached out to us via ******** messenger, we responded letting her know someone would be reaching out to her.  The Project Manager, Erosion Control Manager and Owner called her in a conference call to discuss this issue with her, letting her know that we have seeded her yard twice and per the contract with the city it is the residents responsibility to water the seed to endure it grows.  She said that she had her yard guy come out right after we seeded the first time to spray.  We let her know that we would her out there again, put new top soil on the yard and reseed but she needed to make sure we watered so the grass would have the best enviroment to grow in.  She seemed fine and understanding after this phone call 7/10/23 at 8:00 am.

So on Monday may 1st my girlfriend was driving home and had called me while I was at work and had told me that one of the construction workers who was picking up cones had kicked it under the car while she was moving. I had asked if it looked intentional and she said she wasn’t sure but as soon as it went under the car completely all the other workers around laughed and walked away. One of the employees was nice enough to get it out from under the car as my girlfriend had people honking at her because there was only 1 lane. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to the company and the reception lady ** **** **** *** laughs every time I try and call about it. I’ve been trying to get in contact with hr for about 3 weeks now and still nothing. I had called again on may 15th and the reception lady continued to laugh as I explained what happened and then said “are you done yet” and sent me to a voicemail. I asked if there was anyone that supervised her and she said “no you’re talking to me” I have a damaged car because of the cone and just want it fixed or at the bare minimum someone who isn’t gonna be rude to call me so we can figure it out. The way the lady was on the phone is very disrespectful and super unprofessional. For a multi million dollar company this is no way to treat someone who was impacted by the employees that work on our road ways

On Tuesday, May 9th we received a phone call from Jayson stating that his girlfriend had hit a cone.  At that time we passed it along to the Project Manager of that division to give him a call and see what was going on as well as I reached out to Jayson letting him know that the PM would be giving him a call.  Chad tried to call him and never received a call back until May 15th when Jayson called again stating that he had been leaving voicemails for HR and no one was returning his call,  no voicemails were received but at that time we called the PM and asked him to get in contact with Taylor, Jayson's girlfriend.  They were contacted and met the PM down at the jobsite to walk through what happened as it was not making any sense to him over the phone.  The PM then asked Jayson and Taylor to contact him directly if they had any more questions and as they had his number.   He has not ever heard back from Taylor or Jayson
