    As a new client, I requested an autism evaluation with *** ***** ***** through Williamsburg Behavioral Psychology, LLC and it was scheduled for 12/11/24. With no insurance, I paid $750 on 12/9/24 and another $750 on 12/27/24 for the evaluation. I was told I would receive the report for the evaluation around early February 2025. Despite multiple attempts to obtain the report, I have not received it. I no longer want the report and would like a refund from the business.

    Customer's complaint was that they did not recieve their report.  I kept in close contact with them about the potential timeline of receiving their finalized report.  All services were provided as agreed upon.  The clients report was sent to them on 3/12/2025 via secure message within their account. They confirmed receipt.  Communication is uploaded.  Also, this was all completed prior to my seeing the complaint from BBB.

    While I cannot comment on whether the complaint that I submitted on Monday 3/10/25 was seen prior to the report being provided on Wednesday 3/12/25 (strangely requesting confirmation of receipt), I can say that I was lied to more than once about the timeline of when the report would be received. The assessment was conducted in December 2024. First, I was told the report would be available in early February. That came and went. Then, I was told March 10. This also came and went. It was only after submitting the complaint that any action seemed to be taken.
