    They sent me an email with RVs for sale and I was not in the received an email from them recently, prompting me to look for the ad I had. I couldn't find it. If I couldn't find it, then no one else could either. I called RVuniverse, stating I could not find my ad, and was told they removed it a year or so ago because they tried to call me and couldn't reach me. I have a cell phone, I didn't know about any call. They said they also texted me. I never saw that either. Frankly, I don't believe them. They don't give refunds so what do they care.

    Would like to explain my terrible experience with this company. First of all, they are advertising 7%apr with $1700 down "720 credit score to receive this". Great I got 696 credit score and my down deposit is $4000. My sales person said worst case scenario after checking with finance, I would be at 203 dollars a month. Great! Strangely enough, sales person couldn't tell me the apr. following day i get the phone call from the finance department to congrats me on my new camper. As he reads thru quickly that my payment is now 236...not what was promised. I said that wasn't in the my budget. HE LAUGHTED AT ME AS SAID IT WAS ONLY 23 MORE DOLLARS!! than finally I found out my apr was 14%, doubled from what was advertised even though my score was off by 24 points. That all being said I mentioned to the sales person i would like to talk to this finance department again, and would you believe it they sent me to 3 other financial institutions resulting in more hard pulls on my credit. over all would not even recommend this place for anyone that has a budget or wants any type of a deal. zero if i could Ron H was Fianacial manager and Collin was sales person

    BEWAREOF IMPOSTER SCAM
    The one review reflects a common scam that a group is using to impersonate RV Universe. We had a similar thing happened and lost $700

    I experienced some very unprofessional sales tactics from RV Universe. First, their online info states they will post your first sale "Free" on their site, however, once you post that a barrage of solicitations follow in which you are told your listing "is about to expire." You are not able to edit (or even delete) your listing online. All the communications came via text messages from Sophia whom continually berated RVTrader.com, one of their competitors, and then me once I stated I will decline her offer. The RV Universe does not show how many review your listing (as it does on RV Trader). I asked Sophia about this and received a bunch of claims that could never be backed up with data (eg, "Our paying customers are receiving 40% more views than RV Trader."), and she never even advised me what the cost is to list on her RVUniverse site! I was a sales professional and sales manager for 35+ years and found this approach to be simply appalling.
