We hired contractor to remodel bathroom. During the process we encountered faulty workmanship multiple times. We alerted the contractor and they offered to repair work. We allowed the repairs to happen. Sometimes multiple attempts were needed to repair the work, and generally the outcome was only passable. The contractor was not able to complete the work satisfactorily in June 2022, and we were able to settle on a discounted cost. Several months have past and we are seeing mold issues and cracking in multiple grout joints. Recently we had other tile contractors come and inspect to identify what the issue was. The tile contractors identified large holes in a joint. The holes are letting water in to the wood substructure, which is then causing the mold issue and will cause significant damage if not addressed. Additionally, the cracked grout areas are letting water leak into vulnerable areas. Repairs must be made before further water damage is caused. However, having InsideOut Renovations LLC do the repairs is not an option due to their underskilled staff.

We attempted to remodel a bathroom for the ******** and were met with reasonable and unreasonable complaints before the project was completed. We made several attempts to rectify the said complaints in every imaginable way with even offering to hire an outside company of their choice not associated with InsideOut renovations to resolve any issues and make them happy. They kicked us off their job before completing owing over * ******** dollars and said they were going to hire someone else to finish, which I can see they did not do. I do not understand why they were not willing to work together to resolve the issues and instead, not do anything and use the bathroom for a year, then make a complaint a year later to hold us accountable and responsible, rather than hiring someone to finish like they said they were going to do with the ** they owed us. This should have been resolved before using the bathroom.
