    I ordered a Taylor Swift themed cake but was given a Shania Twain themed cake. When I asked her to make it right, I was offered a credit for a future cake. The last time I ordered a theme cake was for our wedding 4 years ago. Im not going to order another themed cake for quite some time. Cake looks good, tastes good. But she wouldnt make it right. During my conversation with her, she tried to make her poor business decision my problems. Wouldnt even give me half of my money back. Only answers the phone with "hello?" instead of announcing the businesses name. Poor customer service. Pretty much told me, "sorry about your luck."
