I had received bids from several other contractors, and Integrity Exterior Solutions' bid was competitive with most of the others. 5 starsI contracted with Integrity Exterior Solutions to demolish my existing garage and install a new double stall garage. From the first contact to the final inspection, the entire project was completed on time and on budget. The crew was professional and did a great job. I was full of hope when integrity exterior solution gave me a quote on my house for siding. I put a down payment of $5000 then finance the rest. We had a date for them to start, and that date never happened. I called and seem to be getting the runaround. My first encounter was with a man named Luke. Luke seem to be a Christian with full of integrity, so it seems. They gave me a quote the first part of November and said that they would start in February but never did. I received phone calls from the bank. They want to know if we had been done or even started. The bank has been getting calls from customers saying that work was not started or done. I’m very disappointed in this company because I expected more from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I DO NOT have anything nice to say about this business. I had them come out and install new windows. On August 25,2023 they broke our picture window. The window is the size of a 4x8 sheet of plywood. I know this because that is what my front window currently looks like. They came out on the 28th of August assessed the damage, and were supposed to order a new window. They said it would be in and installed within 2-4 weeks. So with that time frame we waited until it hit the six week mark. After the manager came out to order a new window, we didn't get any updates, no phone calls. So I called them on 10/23/2023 spoke to a person who told me they would call the manufacture and call me back. They did not call me back. So I called again on 11/6/2023 they hung up on me, so I called again and got voicemail. They never called me back. So I called back again on 11/7/2023 and the phone just rang no answer. On the 16th of November I called again and spoke to a person and they said we will call the manufacture and call you back. Never called back. Still have plywood on the front of the house and no resolution I am very frustrated and will never do business with them again. Oh and I still have to pay the other half of what is owed, even though they broke the window. Important part the inside of the window has a bat of insulation placed against the plywood, to keep the house warm, I guess.
Make sure you do your research when you decided to upgrade your windows. I would hate for someone to be living in a house during the winter months with a plywood window.Integrity Exterior Solutions, Inc.
