    I hired Roof Rite to Install Roofing Shingles on new home. Joe ***** (General Mgr.) Roof rite sent out a makeshift crew. When they Installed Shingles and hip and ridge shingles on my roof they were not Installed properly. Roofer did not nail shingles according to code. All the nails are exposed to weather and not able to be covered by next shingle. Also, the nail gun's compresser was set to high and most all nails penetrated through shingles to wood on roof. This left hundreds of holes in shingles and now water snow and Ice will penetrate through, and new roof will leak in a thousand places. Roof rite GM Joe ***** is Impossible to deal with and rectify the total problem. I have had several (50 or more) shingles fall off my roof the past two weeks from mild wind. I had Owner Mike ****** Lead Roof Installer from ********************** (Roofing, siding, Gutters) climb up on roof to Inspect Shingles and find out why shingles were falling off. He could peel off several shingles at a time like Peeling a Banana skin. The nail gun Installer used a compressor was set to high for nail compression and most all the nails penetrated through the shingles into the wood. This left hundreds of holes and exposed nails to rain sleet and snow. When the wind blows even mild several shingles will slide down off roof. I called and Roof rite General Mgr. won't take my calls and will do nothing. I finally contacted Roof rite CEO In ***** Myles ********, and he had a roofer come out and install some roof vents per contract, and his roofer and *********************** lead roofer Inspected just Hip and Ridge shingles and as I said all nails and nail holes are exposed to weather. I have Invested close to ******** for Items, shingles, Hip and ridge shingles and labor cost for this project. Roof rite roofer damaged most every shingle on my roof. I would be Glad to have mediator, professional roofing company Inspect my roof for total damage Roof rite did.

    BBB Complaint Case # *********. Please dismiss the previous claim against Roof Rite. This company as of today 10/26/2022 has begun tearing off my damaged Hip and Ridge shingles, and Installing new ones at their expense for material and labor. This company has declared a fault in installing these shingles by their contract roofer employees.
