      This company has Been horrible for years. Demands auto withdrawal, will not allow you to remove your account information. Ridiculous fees. It will be my goal this year to have this program cancelled at PTO

      FACTS has made multiple attempts to reach the customer via phone and email. We have not yet received a response from the customer. FACTS did discuss issue with the school. If customer would prefer to discuss this with FACTS leadership, please contact us at 866-441-4637.

      Was trying to edit or see my payment information and it ended up charging my account with zero warning, zero double check, no box to check acknowledging I was about to submit a large payment. Absolute insanity. To make matters worse they have no customer support to help with payments on the weekends YET they’re a payment company who accepts payments on the weekends! It makes zero sense. This company is bordering on fraudulent behavior especially not giving you the ability to cancel a payment made in error.

      Supervisor reached out to customer Monday morning and was able to contact bank to cancel the payment request. Issue considered resolved.

      Most wretched company I have had to work with in a long time! If my experience is common, they will treat you like you're a crook. They will withhold payments without explanation. They never initiate correspondence, and when you email your contact all you get in return is, "Sorry. We're working on it." False Appearance - Crooked Tactics Standard -- FACTS!

      There was a misunderstanding between George G*****, “Succeed Where It Counts”, and the school who had requested his services, believing that the cost of services could be covered by federal dollars related to learning loss due to the Covid pandemic. Once it was explained that these federal funds could not be for these services, the school engaged Mr. G***** directly for these services. FACTS Ed in partnership as a vendor with the North Caroline Department of Education, administer these Covid learning loss Federal funds to ensure their proper use with Non-Public schools.       As I wade through pages of fees and billing, I went to the homepage to see if I missed their policy and procedure document on enrollment. The phrase 'unpaid fees are not withheld from the school's remittance " jumped" out. Every payment I make, the 'unpaid fees' are absolutely deducted before being applying the amount to the school balance. Then, the 'late fees' are billed separately or sometimes lumped in with tuition...no way to tell or predict. Tuition due on 5th, but there is a late fee for the 3rd. The printout at the school is very different than one I have...the school's was 2 pages, mine was 7. ..it has been horrible. The sporadic, repeated and randomly combined fee/tuition has cost me THOUSANDS in their fees and bank fees. I will lucky if my kids can stay in their beloved school, where I am already on financial aid.
