No communication, miscommunication and lack of communication are a recipe for disaster. The owner needs to follow through and take ownership. The client is the one that suffers as schedules aren't provided, employee turn around is frequent and the scheduler lives out of state.

Thank you, Virginia for your comment. We have worked hard trying to accommodate your schedule and made sure you have help temporarily as we were looking for a caregiver closer to your town .With the Dog Park incident with you, caregiver and other people who called our office reporting you and your behavior the caregiver did not feel safe to come back as per her report sent to our office .
We will work on improving our communication next time .Thank you Virginia
