I paid to have a key switch replaced by the business. I paid the bill and picked the machine up during the summer. I attempted to use the machine on 22DEC22 and it would not start. I kept it in all night in the kitchen to warm it up. I started the snowblower in the kitchen and tried to turn it off with the new key switch. It would not work. I choked it to turn the engine off. I called Broods and they said I should not start it in the house. That was not the problem. The problem was the replaced part on the snowblower was inoperative. They said to bring it in and they would check it out. I would have to wait about two weeks due to the workload. I have already paid for the part and work. Why do I have to wait. They have my money. Now I have to bring it to them to fix it again. *************************************************** These people are treating the customers this way. I had to pay for the work before I brought it home. Why do I have to wait in line like a new customer? Due to the faulty craftsmanship why do I have to bring it to them? This is unsatisfactory.

Regarding this outreach to us, I want to say that we do try and communicate as best as we can with our customers. Therefore, there could have been some miscommunication between us regarding the time frame to which we would take a look at this unit again and see what was wrong. We try to serve our customers as soon as we can, especially if there is an issue on something we previously worked on. With that being said, when we worked on this in August and then this was not started until winter time which is completely understandable this unit being a snow blower, then we would try and resolve this issue as soon as possible. We get very very busy here and do our best to do complete, accurate work in a timely manner. In regards to this customer stating that we are treating people a certain way simply is not true. We treat all of our customers with kindness and in a manner we would expect to be treated ourselves. Our customers do pay for the work completed before things are taken home just like anywhere else you would get any other type of work done. Regarding the comment on the faulty craftsmanship and having to take this to us is not true. He can take this unit anywhere he would like that services **** equipment. This customer is welcome to bring this back to us, which I would recommend so we can fix this issue as soon as possible. It can be harder to repair things the longer they wait to address them or sometimes can get worse. I hope this will satisfy this customer and we can get this unit fixed.

I have had the unit repaired. I informed the business of the problem and was told I would have to wait in line like everyone else. I see this as unsatisfactory. please close this. I will not use the services of this business. BBB thank you for your time.
