      Entered into a five figure $XX,XXX contract with Mr. B***** in 2021 and have nothing to show for it almost 3 years later. What we got were excuses that eventually were found to be outright lies. That's it. Sadly when consulting a local Lincoln, Ne law firm the likelihood of getting our deposit back would be 50/50. Considering the legal fees to get to court for a settlement would be cost prohibitive for us. So I suggest to all to please do your due diligence before doing business with him. We missed some red flags before signing the contract. Please don't make the same mistake. We also found out through all this that the Corporate Office of Sunroom Views Manufacturing in NY state takes no responsibility in cases like this. They say they don't have a contract with you the customer but with the contractor. So they also do a great job of avoiding responsibility for a contractor not honoring a contract. Take some good advice, avoid any sunroom company that Mr. B***** is associated with. Need more validation post here. We will give you the name of the law firm as well as the person who tried to mediate our case with the Nebraska Attourney Generals Office in Omaha.

      We had an awning built onto our home in 2020 James never pulled a permit to build it also never had the plans made to get one after repeated attempts to get thus taken care of as we were getting letters from the city and many texts messages from James saying it would be taken care of he never did now 3 years later we are starting to get letters from the city again and James still will not take care of it and the city has now told us that's it is illegal and not yo code the way it was built and may have to take it down because James will not remedy the situation he just resorts to calling my wife names in emails he sends

      This is a False statement Brittany was responsible for providing the permit also it was on her contract in bold not once but 3 times. That she wanted to pull her permit.
      She didn't want to pay us to pull her permit.
      I have a signed contract with 2 signatures.
      Front page & back page. Stating this.
