    Very unprofessional. Cannot believe the level of disrespect that she treats her customers with. With Microsoft nationwide outage affecting payroll she was unable to debit my card for tuition. Instead of calling to try to resolve the problem, she left a nasty voicemail stating that this was not the first time she has had this issue with me and that she would be removing my child from class. She is obviously confused on who she was talking to because we have never had a problem. It’s such a shame because my daughter actually did learn so much from her teachers but I cannot continue to support a business who is so rude and disrespectful. I am truly shocked that she has been in business this long because I am sure I am not the first one that has been treated like this.
