    Always impounded my vehicle illegally. Then refused to release my car for their cost of storage and towing. Acting as a collection agent for a friend of theirs. This is illegal in ******** and I have filed a complaint with attorney general's office too. They refuse to give me a total and to release my vehicle.

    I want my car back. Now.

    Penny's ****** ***** was being stored at our lot for a mechanic we tow for, ***** ****. Penny owed ***** **** for repairs they had done to her vehicle. ***** **** was in the process of getting a mechanics lien to be able to collect on repairs they were owed and he asked if we would be able to use our lot to store this vehicle since they did not have the room. This was only being done as a courtesy to this mechanic. Our involvement was nothing more than storage for this vehicle. Penny paid the money she owed the mechanic and retrieved her vehicle on Monday, February 6th the same day she filed this complaint about our company.
